Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process. 

Meet Erith, formerly CCI Zoey. She was adopted 4 yrs ago, but was recently returned through no fault of her own. 

 

Erith is observant, cautious and the most gentle cat. Her new ideal companion(s) would have patience and enjoy the trust building process as everyday she reveals more about her personality. She LOVES belly rubs, her two favorite toys and vertical space. She's even cooperative when it's important, such as with giving her medications. She has taken pills and liquids like a champ and lets us cut her nails with ease. She's never hissed or bitten anyone, she's truly the sweetest. We hope she finds someone who is excited to wait for her to reveal who she is and love her for all her adorable quirks. She's worth the wait. P.S. she loves Temptation Treats. 

 

 

Our kittens and cats are not adopted on a first come, first serve basis. We make an effort to match the perfect person or family with each cat/kitten. If there are two names together, those are bonded cats and we will not separate them. All of our  kittens  must have a kitten, cat and/or dog companion,  unless otherwise noted.  In some cases, our adults may need to have a companion but read the description as it will be listed there. Please read down to the bottom of this kitty's page to find out more details about its personality.

We've gone digital! Please complete our adoption application in advance at www.candyscats.org/forms Screening Form. You will need to register on our site. We'll review your information and get back in touch with you.  Every one of our kitties are fully-vetted (age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and they are microchipped.) They live in private foster homes with their foster families. Our adoption fees are $75 - $125.
