Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.

Hi... my name is Kringle.  I received my name because I was found during Christmas and the Veterinarian thought I was a boy.  But... the name stuck and I know it.  I love to give hugs.  If you pick me up under my arms I will wrap them around your neck.   Sometimes I'll even give kisses. I love when you eat on the couch and my favorite thing is when you share.  I am a little spoiled and am a beggar.  When I want to be pet I will usually come to you while sitting on the couch and lay on your shoulder.  When I talk, I'm very quiet and sometimes silent when I meow. I love my toys but... big dogs scare me.  Little dogs are fine as long as they don't chase me.  Please make sure I have a cat tree.  I love laying on one and scratching on it.  If you ask me if I'm " hungry", I will answer if I am.  I'm a very good girl and love my litter box and drink lots of water.  Thank you for being my forever home. 

 
 
Our kittens and cats are not adopted on a first come, first serve basis. Completing a screening form does not guarantee an adoption. We make an effort to match the perfect person or family with each cat/kitten. If there are two names together, those are bonded cats and we will not separate them. All of our  kittens  MUST have a kitten, cat and/or dog companion,  unless otherwise noted.  In some cases, our adults may need to have a companion but read the description as it will be listed there. Please read down to the bottom of this kitty's page to find out more details about its personality.

We've gone digital! Please complete our adoption application in advance at www.candyscats.org/forms Screening Form. You will need to register on our site. We'll review your information and get back in touch with you. If approved, meet and greets are arranged by appointment.  Every one of our kitties are fully-vetted (age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and they are microchipped.) They live in private foster homes with their foster families. Our adoption fees are $100 - $150.
