Because of the difficulty getting appointments to get our rescue cats altered in a timely manner, we recently launched our pre-spay/neuter adoption program. The cat you are interested in may be part of this program and will have at least it’s first FVRCP vaccine, a microchip registered to us and will have been treated for internal and external parasites. Please fill out our screening form and after reviewing and confirming your information, our adoption counselor will reach out to you to explain the process.
Jaws is a kitten who was found at a feral colony location. He was hungry, but his lower jaw was stuck in a non-breakaway collar and his skin was separated from his lower jaw. Because some baby teeth had to be removed in order to be able to stitch his chin back together, his teeth are a little out of alignment and now has one fang sticking out which may be permanent. More teeth may stick out as his adult teeth come through. The vet says it would do more harm to him to remove it then to just leave it if it's not causing irritation to his upper lip. To speed up the adoption process, please click the link above, Adoption Information, then click Adoption Forms, which will take you to the screen for the Adoption Application. When you have completed the information requested, our volunteer will reach out to you. We do not adopt on a first-come, first serve basis but rather we adopt our cats to their new families according to the best fit for the cat.
