Candy's Cats

These handsome bonded brothers born on 4/14/2017 were CCI kitties who were adopted as kittens. We were recently contacted by the adopter asking us to take them back  :( . As per CCI policy we always take our beloved kitties back so we can find them a new furever family.

Len, a dark grey & black tabby and his brother Chong, an ginger, who is super cuddly, have been fully updated medically at the vet and are in perfect health. A s per their current foster, they are ..."SUPER SWEET, well behaved, do not jump up where they are not supposed to, only scratch their scratching post and use their litter box like good boys. "

These boys are the sweetest cats! And so very well-behaved! They are litter box pros and only scratch on their provided scratching boxes. They never seem to jump up where they are not supposed to and always “ask” when the want to join you in a chair or on the bed! Lenn prefers to sit nearby, while Chong just wants to be in your lap or at least snuggled against you. Good with brushing and even with vet visits (Not too fond of nail clipping but no kitty is perfect! — But these sweeties come close) Whoever is lucky enough to adopt these two cats home with them will be doubly blessed!!

Thank you for your interest in one of our adoptable kitties. All of our kitties are fully vetted (age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, tested for feline leukemia and feline aids, and they are microchipped.) They live in private foster homes with their foster families. Our adoption fees are $75 - $120.

In order to match the best home for our foster kitties, we ask folks to complete our adoption application in advance; simply go to www.candyscats.org/forms. You will need to register on our site, and then fill out an Adoption Application. We'll review your information and get back in touch with you.

Cats are not adopted first-come, first-served, but rather the best home for the kitty, but we do give consideration to the folks who take the time to fill out the application in advance. Almost all of our volunteers work during the week; to be able to meet one of our cats by appointment during non-adoption days (Saturday, 11 - 4, Sunday 12 - 4), your application needs to be filled out in advance and approved by our adoption coordinator prior to scheduling an appointment to meet with the cats.
