Missydoodle was abandoned by her human over a year ago and after a year of living on the streets, was savagely attacked by a neighborhood roaming dog and injured. A good Samaritan called Candy's Cats for help and we took her to the vet. Her leg is not broken and after being examined by two different vets, it is determined that she has nerve damage that may or may not be permanent so she has a funny gait when she walks. It doesn't hamper her ability to get around and with her sweet, loving personality. We think she may have had a few bumps and turns in her short life and someone will need to be patient with her in order for her to feel completely comfortable and safe. While she gets nervous being picked up, if you don't give her attention, she will come along side of you to be pet, which she loves. She is about 2-3 years old.
