Frappy and his brother, Mocha, were adopted as young kittens, then returned when their human decided they were too much for her to handle with a toddler. Frappy is very sweet and loving once he feels safe and secure. He loves to talk. When he came back to Candy's Cats, his mouth hurt him and he has had to have teeth removed.
